Unlike a full kitchen renovation, you don't need to pack away your kitchen or empty your cupboards. We carefully mask and protect every cabinet internally and externally, meaning your belongings can stay exactly where they are throughout the project. Our aim is to make the entire process as stress-free and convenient as possible.
Day 1 – Preparation & Protection
We begin by carefully removing all cabinet doors, drawer fronts, handles and hardware. Your kitchen is then meticulously masked using professional-grade protective materials, covering worktops, appliances, flooring and surrounding surfaces. We also protect the inside of your cupboards, so there's no need to empty them before we arrive.
Day 2 – On-Site Spraying
We install our professional extraction and ventilation system to create a clean, controlled spray environment inside your home. The cabinet carcasses are thoroughly cleaned, sanded and prepared before receiving two coats of specialist adhesion primer followed by two coats of premium furniture topcoat, creating a flawless factory-quality finish.
Day 3 – Workshop Preparation
Your doors and drawer fronts are taken to our dedicated spray workshop where they're carefully cleaned, degreased and sanded before receiving two coats of specialist primer in a dust-controlled environment.
Day 4 – Factory-Finish Topcoats
Once fully cured, every door and drawer front is inspected for imperfections before receiving two coats of our premium furniture topcoat. Spraying in a dedicated workshop allows us to achieve an exceptionally smooth, durable finish that's difficult to replicate on site.
Day 5 – Reinstallation & Quality Check
We return to your home to carefully refit every door and drawer front, reinstall or replace handles, adjust hinges for perfect alignment and carry out a detailed quality inspection. Before leaving, we remove all masking, thoroughly clean the work area and ensure your kitchen is ready to use immediately.
